Drosera adelae is a very unique species, it doesnt follow a lot of the typical growing habits of most Drosera. Most Drosera are found in bogs, D. adelae comes from Australian rainforest, it also is not self pollinating (unlike most Drosera), and it is one of the few species with a brilliant red flower
